[환경] Viet Nam: Mainstreaming Climate Change Mitigation into National Infrastructure

The objective of the technical assistance (TA) was to develop environment-friendly and low-carbon projects in the transport and energy sectors—by supporting the Government of Viet Nam in the (i) development of a measuring, reporting, and verification (MRV) system; (ii) preparation of guidelines in the two sectors; and (iii) capacity-building activities in climate change mitigation.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA. IED overall assessment is less than successful.
