Purpose of the study: to research the modern condition of social and economic institutes in agrarian sector in the region and in Ukraine in the whole; to ground the main ways to improve its development. The study was based on methodological usage of general scientific perception of social and economic phenomena and their cooperation with institutional environment such as an analyzing, method of scientific abstraction and methods of expert appraisals. According to the results of the study the main problems and trends of the agrarian production in Ukraine were identified. With it the influence of various institutional components on the structure of the agrarian sector of Ukraine was analyzed.
