Established in October 2008, the Russia Education Aid for Development (READ) program is a collaboration of the government of the Russian Federation and the World Bank that focuses on improving education quality in low-income countries. This report focuses on the development of classroom assessment package for primary grades module in Tajikistan which clarifies the relationship of assessment to teaching and learning.
