Project Development Objective (from IDF Proposal)
The development objective of this IDF is (i) the improvement of central and subnational government staffs' skills in areas of public management linked to investment cycle; and (ii) acceleration in the procurement and implementation of the subnational investment projects, by strengthening the Recipient's capacity for the provision of high-quality, structured and formal training courses through the design, development and establishment of a Training Program in public investment management and fiduciary aspects, aiming at contributing to carry-out the ambitious public investment
agenda in Bolivia.
